What Travel Capital takes on as the tenant of your apartment. You sign once and are paid every month.
A higher rent
The rent is fixed in the contract and sits above that of a long-term let. You receive the figure in writing before signing and it does not vary with occupancy.
Paid on time every month
Your tenant is a company, Travel Capital S.L. The rent is paid every month, whether the apartment is occupied or empty. It does not depend on any booking or on the season.
The apartment, looked after
Professional cleaning after every stay and minor maintenance at our cost. When the contract ends, the apartment returns to you in the agreed condition, with an inventory.
A long-term contract
A multi-year lease. No empty months between tenants, no unpaid rent and no need to look for a tenant.
Guaranteed rent
What the contract says
A multi-year lease with a fixed monthly rent, reviewable as agreed in the contract itself. We calculate the rent we can pay for your apartment with our own model and you receive the figure in writing before signing. The costs borne by each party are detailed in the proposal.
What stays with you
Nothing operational. As in any let, property tax (IBI), community fees and the buildings insurance remain yours, as set out in the contract. Your tenant takes care of everything else, and the split of costs is detailed in the proposal.
